I had a decent one-night stay.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing a late checkout and offering a microwave when we needed it. However, the room cleanliness was concerning, with inadequate lighting and missing towels, but it served its purpose as a budget option near downtown Chicago.

The shower was pretty good, nice pressure and everything, not what I expected from a cheap motel. They let me check in early too, which was a nice touch when you're tired and just want to collapse.

I stayed in a Deluxe Queen Room for one night and unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. There were blood stains on the walls in multiple areas, which made me incredibly uncomfortable. I took pictures to document this. I spotted a couple of roaches crawling across the floor, and I also encountered a dead fly in the shower. The shower itself had mold on the walls, adding to the unpleasantness of the stay. The outlets in the room didn’t work, which was frustrating. On a positive note, the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful during my brief interaction with them. I really wished I could have enjoyed my stay more, but the lack of cleanliness overshadowed everything else. The room definitely needs significant improvement to be considered a comfortable place to stay.
